Mock champagne

An excellent party drink with just three ingredients .

You will need Orange pineapple juice,White grape juice and Ginger ale

 Chill all the ingredients before mixing.

Combine 2 parts of Ginger ale and 2 parts of White grape juice with 1 part of Orange pineapple juice.

Garnish with a slice of orange and frozen cranberries or grapes to keep the drink chilled.

Servings : 20  8oz glasses

Ingredients :
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale
  • 1 (46 oz) can pineapple orange juice  ( Can substitute it with Pineapple juice )
  • 1 (64 oz) bottle white grape juice
Directions:

  • Chill all the juices before mixing.
  • Combine 2 parts  ginger ale and 2 parts white grape juice with 1 part of pineapple orange juice
  • Add the ginger ale just before party time to maintain its sparkle.

Chicken wrap

Spicy chicken with salad in a wrap.


Here is what you need for the chicken wrap :Flour tortilla or Chapathi, Chicken, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Salt, Yogurt, Pepper, Tomato, Cucumber, Onion and Lettuce


For making the sauce, pour half cup yogurt.

1/4 tsp pepper


1/8 tsp Salt


and 1/2 tsp Garlic paste in to a small bowl


Stir it all together until combined.


Refrigerate the sauce nd let's start making our wrap .

Cut the chicken in to thin strips.

You will need around 2 cups of chicken strips and transfer it in to a bowl.

Then sprinkle 1/2 tsp Salt


1/4 tsp Turmeric


1/2 tsp Chilli powder


and finally1/4 Cup yogurt


Look at all those beautiful colors ...


Stir the mixture together and put that too in the fridge until we finish chopping all the toppings for the wrap.
And speaking about toppings...your options are endless.But here are some basic toppings that you shouldn't miss
You can have sliced onions


Sliced tomatoes..


Cucumber..


Bunch of Lettuce and you can keep going with whatever toppings you like..
Next take the chicken from the fridge and throw it on to a very hot pan.Spread it in to a single layer and let it stay there for a minute.Discard the juice in the bowl.
After a minute turnover the pieces.
Continue to cook it until nice and brown...

And let's start building our wrap !!

First take a spoon of hummus and spread it on to a heated tortilla or chapathi.
If you dont have this leave it .But add this to your list when you go grocery shopping next time...Try Jalapeno hummus.You can use it on wraps,sandwiches,burgers or just can use as a dip for your favorite pita chips.
Then add few strips of chicken

then some slices of tomatoes


Some cucumber


Onions


A handful of lettuce


Finally drizzle a spoon of  yogurt sauce..


Now dont wait ...Wrap it ..Eat it !

Servings : 6

Ingredients:
For the sauce
  • Yogurt - 1/4 Cup
  • Salt - 1/8 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
For Chicken
  • Boneless skinless chicken strips - 2 cups
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt - 1/4 cup
 Other Toppings
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Lettuce
  • Hummus.
 For the Wrap
  • Tortilla or Chapathi
Directions :
  • To make the sauce, mix yogurt, salt, pepper and garlic paste and refrigerate.
  • To make chicken mix chicken strips with salt, turmeric,chilli powder and yogurt and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Use tongs to take the chicken pieces and cook it on a hot pan,Discard the juice.Cook  it till brown.
  • To make the wrap,first spread a spoon of hummus on a tortilla or chapathi.top it with chicken and all other toppings and finally drizzle a spoon of yogurt sauce.
  • Serve hot.
