Blueberry Smoothie

A thick, creamy, healthy smoothie that will keep you full for hours.

 Just three ingredients to make this: Blueberry, Yogurt and Honey.

 Add 1Cup or frozen or fresh Blueberry

 and 1 Cup chilled Yogurt

 into a blender and blend on high until thick and smooth.

 It should have the consistency of a milkshake.

 Next add 1Tbsp of Honey and blend again for few seconds. Add more honey if you want to make it really sweet.
 Pour it into glasses

and serve immediately.

Servings: 2
Ingredients:
Blueberry - 1 Cup
Yogurt - 1 Cup
Honey - 1 Tbsp

Directions:
Put all the ingredients in to a blender and blend on high until thick and smooth.
Serve immediately.
