Banana Cocoa Smoothie

A delicious healthy smoothie you can have at any time of your day !

Begin with 1 cup of Milk

Add 1 sliced Banana

Add 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder

Sugar to taste...I added 1 Tbsp. I love sugar...

Now blend till smooth...

Then give it a quick taste and make sure it is sweet enough for you .

And that's it !!

Ingredients :
  • Banana - 1
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 Tbsp (Optional)
Directions :
  • Blend everything together.
